Hallo,

ist es irgendwie möglich, diese Sprechblase abzuschalten, die nach einem verpassten Anruf - so lange bis man das Programmn neu startet - jedes mal angezeigt wird, wenn man etwas in Phoner macht. Am liebsten würde ich sie ganz abschalten.

Hallo Ra,

Diese Funtion wurde auf Wunsch von Anwendern eingebaut und kann ganz einfach per Klick auf die Sprechblase ausgeblendet werden.

Wenn das bei Dir nicht klappt, starte bitte Phoner neu und schicke uns ein Phoner Logbuch (Fenster - Debug).

Hallo Jens,

Danke für die Antwort. Die Sprechblase verschwindet zwar per Klick, sie wird aber bei jedem ein- oder ausgehenden Anruf erneut angezeigt und muss wieder weggeklickt werden, egal wann der verpasste Anruf war.
Erst wenn man Phoner beendet und neu startet, wird sie nicht mehr bei jedem Anruf erneut angezeigt.
Kann man sie nicht optional ganz abschalten?

edit:
Bei mir läuft ein AB für anonyme Anrufer als Spamfilter. Da gibt es immer "verpasste Anrufe" und die permanente Einblendung stört mich deshalb.

Es ist ganz normal, dass sie erneut angezeigt wird, schließlich liegt ein neuer Anruf vor und muss diesen melden. - Natürlich nur bei eingegangenen Rufen, nicht bei ausgegangenen.

Das ist ungewöhnlich. Geht nach einem Neustart von Phoner ein Anruf ein, so muss Sie doch erneut angezeigt werden. Wann erscheint die Sprechblase denn, und wann nicht?

Derzeit nicht. Es gibt allerdings eine Möglichkeit, die Sprechblasen systemweit abzuschalten, wie das möglich ist, ist mir jedoch leider nicht bekannt. Das eine oder andere Werkzeug zum Ändern von Systemeinstellungen sollte diese Option bieten.

Dein Debug zeigt mir jedoch, dass die CAPI Deines ISDN-Adapters andauernd Informationen sendet (Info Indication: facility data - result), was nicht üblich ist. Ich gehe davon aus, dass dieses die Ursache ist und Phoner daher dauernd einen neuen (verpassten) Ruf annimmt? Dann sollte Phoner diesen Ruf aber auch melden, d.h. ein Meldefenster einblenden und den Ruf im Logbuch vermerken. Passiert dies?

Da ich mich in der CAPI nicht so gut auskenne, möchte ich Dich hier an Heiko (Forum Admin) verweisen, er kann Dir sicherlich mehr zu meinem obigen Verdacht sagen. Bitte warte daher noch ein wenig ab, er meldet sich dann hier.

Ich werde in einer zukünftigen Version das einbauen. Man kann dann immerhin durch setzen des Keys "ShowBalloon=0" unter der Sektion [MainWindow] das komplett deaktivieren.

Hallo zusammen, hallo Heiko,
ich hatte festgestellt, dass in "Phoner 1.82 Beta" die Sprechblase nicht aufgeht. Seitdem nehme ich diese Version als Grundlage (als Ersatz für "elmeg PC-Tel by OSITRON") um mit meinem CRM-Programm FlowFact Immobilien über TAPI zu wählen. Ist sehr komfortabel.
Optimal wäre natürlich, wenn man in der neuesten Version die Sprechblase optional abstellen könnte.

Eine solche Option hat Heiko schon zugesagt, manuell kannst Du sie schon in der INI-Datei abschalten: Quote:
